Terms of Use

01. Article 1 (Purpose)

 

① The Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions") of the website of Kabulbyeong Oriental Medicine Clinic (www) apply to the use of Internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") provided by the Kabulbyeong Oriental Medicine Clinic (hereinafter referred to as the "Oriental Medicine Clinic"). The purpose is to stipulate the rights, duties and responsibilities of users and "Oriental Clinic".

② If a person who wants to become a user clicks the "Agree" button after going through the prescribed procedure set by the "Oriental Medicine Clinic", it is deemed to agree to these terms and conditions.

The rights, obligations, and responsibilities of users and “Oriental Clinic” other than those stipulated in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by relevant laws and commercial practices of the Republic of Korea.

 

02. Article 2 (Definition)

① "User" refers to a person who accesses the "Oriental Clinic" and joins the "Oriental Clinic" member in accordance with these Terms and Conditions to receive the services provided by the "Oriental Medicine Clinic".

② "Personal information" means information that can identify a specific individual based on the name, etc.

03. Article 3 (Membership)

① A person who wants to become a user applies for membership registration by filling in member information according to the registration form set by the “Oriental Clinic” and clicking the “Confirm” button.

② The "Oriental Medicine Clinic" registers the person who applied for membership as a member unless the person who applied for membership as described in Paragraph 1 falls under any of the following subparagraphs.

- If the applicant for membership has previously lost his or her membership in accordance with Article 6, Paragraph 3 of these Terms and Conditions. However, membership qualifications under Article 6 (3)

③ The time of establishment of the membership contract is the time when the approval of the "Oriental Medicine Clinic" reaches the applicant for membership.

④ In the event of a change in the contents of member information in Paragraph 1, the member must immediately correct the change and write it down.

04. Article 4 (Provision and Change of Service)

① "Oriental Clinic" provides the following services to users.

- Self/representative treatment reservation and history inquiry service

- Health information provided by oriental clinics

- Other services determined by the "Oriental Clinic"

② The "Oriental Medicine Clinic" notifies the user of the contents of the service to be changed and the date of provision by the method specified in Article 7 Paragraph 2, and provides the service specified in Paragraph 1

③ The "Oriental Medicine Clinic" shall not compensate the user for any damage caused by the change of service contents. However, the intention or gross negligence of the oriental clinic

05. Article 5 (Suspension of Service)

① The “Oriental Medicine Clinic” may temporarily suspend the provision of services in the event of maintenance, inspection, replacement, breakdown of information and communication facilities such as computers, or interruption of communication, and may replace with a new service or other “Oriental Medicine Clinic” We may completely discontinue the current service for any reason we deem appropriate.

② In case of service interruption pursuant to Paragraph 1, the "Oriental Medicine Clinic" notifies the user in the manner set forth in Article 7 Paragraph 2. However, this is not the case if prior notice is not possible due to service interruption due to reasons beyond the control of the "Oriental Clinic" (system administrator's intentional, negligible disk failure, system down, etc.).

③ The "Oriental Medicine Clinic" shall not compensate for damages suffered by users due to changes in service contents without intention or negligence.

 

06. Article 6 (User withdrawal and loss of qualification, etc.)

① A user may request the “Oriental Medicine Clinic” to cancel his/her membership registration (user withdrawal) at any time, and the “Oriental Medicine Clinic” will immediately follow the procedure for canceling the user’s membership registration upon receiving the above request.

② If the user falls under any of the following reasons, the "Oriental Medicine Clinic" may restrict, suspend, or lose the user's membership in an appropriate way.

- In case of registering false information when applying for membership

- In case of threatening the order of electronic transactions, such as interfering with other people's use of the "service" or stealing the information

- In the case of using the "Service" to act against laws, these terms and conditions, and public order and morals

③ In the event that the "Mall" decides to lose the user's membership, the membership registration is cancelled. In this case, the member who is the user is registered as a member

07. Article 7 (Notification to Users)

08. Article 8 (User's personal information protection)

① The "Oriental Medicine Clinic" endeavors to protect users' personal information, including user registration information, in accordance with the relevant laws and regulations.

The protection of users' personal information is governed by the relevant laws and the "Personal Information Handling Policy" set by the "Oriental Medicine Clinic".

 

09. Article 9 (Obligations of "oriental clinic")

① The "Oriental Medicine Clinic" does not engage in acts prohibited by laws and regulations or these Terms and Conditions or contrary to public order and morals,

② The "Oriental Medicine Clinic" establishes a security system to protect users' personal information so that users can safely use Internet services.

10. Article 10 (Obligation for User ID and Password)

① Except for cases where the "Oriental Clinic" is responsible for it in accordance with the relevant laws and the "Personal Information Handling Policy", the management responsibility for one's ID and password is not

11. Article 11 (Obligations of Users)

① Users must not engage in any of the following acts.

- Registering false information when applying for membership or changing

- Changing the information posted on the "Oriental Clinic"

- Acts that infringe on the personal rights or intellectual property rights of the “Oriental Medicine Clinic” or other third parties, or interfere with business

- Stealing another member's ID

- Disclosure or disclosure of other information contrary to public order and morals, such as sending advertisements or e-mails containing obscene, violent messages, images, voices, etc.

- Transmission or posting of information (computer programs, etc.) whose transmission or posting is prohibited by relevant laws

- Posting articles or sending e-mails by impersonating or impersonating an employee or service manager of the "Oriental Clinic" or stealing someone else's name

- Software viruses designed for the purpose of disrupting or destroying the normal operation of computer software, hardware, and telecommunications equipment;

Posting or e-mailing any material containing any other computer code, files, or programs;

- An act of harassing other users, such as stalking

- Acts of collecting, storing, or disclosing personal information about other users without consent

- By using the service of the “Oriental Medicine Clinic” by posting advertisements or propaganda targeting an unspecified number of people, or sending spam emails.

Activities for profit

- Acts that violate the terms and conditions of the service provided by the "Oriental Clinic" or other regulations regarding service use

② If there is a user who has committed an act falling under Paragraph 1, the "Oriental Medicine Clinic" may terminate the user's membership as stipulated in Article 6, Paragraphs 2 and 3 of these Terms and Conditions.

Restrictions, suspensions and loss can be made in an appropriate way.

③ The user is responsible for compensating for the damage suffered by the “Oriental Medicine Clinic” or other users due to the reason attributable to the user.

 

12. Article 12 (Deletion of public postings)

① If the content of a user's public posting falls under any of the following subparagraphs, the "Oriental Medicine Clinic" may delete the public posting without prior notice to the user.

- Content that slanders other users or third parties or damages the reputation of others by slander

- Contents that disseminate information, sentences, figures, etc. that violate public order and morals

- Content judged to be in violation of other related laws

- Content that causes religious or political disputes, and if it is judged that the business of the oriental clinic will be disturbed or interfered with due to such disputes

② On the basis of infringement of legal interests due to the public posting of the user, another user or a third party targets the user or the "Oriental Medicine Clinic"

Taking civil and criminal legal actions (eg, complaint, application for provisional disposition, claim for damages) and requesting deletion of posts related to legal action

In this case, the "Oriental Medicine Clinic" will keep the related posts until there is a result of the legal action (eg, prosecution by the prosecution, decision on provisional disposition by the court, judgment on damages).

13. Article 13 (Attribution of Copyright and Restriction on Use)

① Copyrights and other intellectual property rights for works created by the “Corporate Clinic” belong to the “CHUU”.

14. Article 14 (Amendment of Terms and Conditions)

① The "Mall" may amend these Terms and Conditions to the extent that it does not violate related laws, such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions, the Framework Act on Electronic Transactions, the Electronic Signature Act, and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization.

② In the event that the "Mall" revises these Terms and Conditions, the date of application and the reason for the amendment shall be specified on the initial screen together with the current Terms and Conditions from 7 days before the effective date.

③ "User" has the right to reject the changed terms and conditions. "Users" may express their intention to reject within 15 days after the changed terms and conditions are announced.

15. Article 15 (Jurisdiction)

Appeals to the courts of the Republic of Korea having jurisdiction.

 

16. Bylaws

① These Terms and Conditions shall apply from October 1, 2021.
